This statement came in response to the Israeli strike on Hamas leaders in Doha, Qatar, on September 9, 2025—an incident that sparked widespread international condemnation.

For years, Qatar has played a significant role in peace mediation efforts across the region. Targeting a mediator is not only unjust, but also undermines the global pursuit of peace and stability.
