Massive Missile Strikes Shake Gulf Region – Doha, Dubai, and Manama Hit

This morning, massive explosions were reported in Doha, as Iran resumed air strikes across the Gulf, targeting U.S. bases and military installations. The Qatari Ministry of Interior confirmed fires at an industrial area caused by missile debris, though authorities have largely contained them.

Officials reported that 65 missiles and 12 drones were launched by Iran yesterday, many intercepted, but some caused damage and 8 people were injured. Explosions were also reported in Dubai and Manama, while Oman reported an aerial attack on its commercial port.

Gulf countries, including Qatar, have strongly condemned the attacks, emphasizing their right to respond. Over the past years, Gulf states have sought diplomatic solutions to de-escalate tensions with Iran and have resisted hosting U.S. strikes on their soil. However, these efforts have not prevented direct military strikes.

With the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, the future remains uncertain—not only for Iran but for the entire Gulf region. Authorities continue to monitor the situation as tensions rise and countries brace for possible further attacks.
